Edel was found sickly from the lack of sunlight and increased rain and cold resulting from the Daylight Saving 2019 event. Her eyes reminded Flayn especially of her former house leader, Edelgard von Hresvelg, and through a mixture of compassion and guilt she caught the small cat. While she does her best to care for Edel, this Pokemon is always coolly receptive of her affections, even more so after her evolution. Still, she fights with incredible poise and seriousness, and seems to tolerate the other Pokemon around her.
